We’re looking for a friendly and customer-focused Optical Assistant / Dispenser to join our team. Whether you have experience in optics or a background in retail and a passion for eye care, we’d love to hear from you!

• Assisting customers in choosing the perfect frames and lenses
   
• Providing expert advice on optical products and services
   
• Carrying out fittings, adjustments, and minor repairs
   
• Booking appointments and handling administrative tasks
   
• Ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient
   

✔ Experience in optics is a plus, but full training will be provided
✔ A passion for delivering top-notch customer service
✔ Excellent communication and people skills
✔ A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
✔ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
