If you or a loved one have a condition that makes it difficult to leave the house, or if a physical or mental health condition is preventing you from visiting our practice, we're here to help. !

We recommend discussing your situation with us so we can determine if you meet the eligibility criteria. To provide some clarity, here are a few examples of conditions that may apply:

• Cognitive impairment
• Dementia
• Severe arthritis
• A diagnosed mental illness
• A condition affecting mobility
• Short-term memory issues
• A medical condition requiring ongoing medication (e.g., oxygen)
• A temporary illness, such as vertigo, that makes leaving the home difficult
• A temporary condition preventing you from leaving the house unaccompanied
• A medical professional has advised you not to leave home without assistance

If you are no longer able to attend the practice due to disability or illness we can arrange to visit you in your home.

All eye examinations are FREE of charge in Scotland.
